There are 3 decision points during the game of Texas Hold 'Em Bonus:
Pre-flop, the
Flop, & the
Turn. Below is the optimal strategy for the Pre-flop decision and a simplified strategy for the Flop & Turn (optimal Flop & Turn strategy is extremely difficult to publish). For an analysis of the strategy, go

PRE-FLOP (first decision):
Fold only 2-3 thru 2-7 off-suit. Play (2x bet) everything else.
FLOP (second decision):
Raise only if you have one of the following hands, and only if at least one of your pocket cards is used in creating that hand:
- Any pair.
- Two pair, three or four of a kind, or a full house.
- Four or five consecutive cards (a straight or potential straight).
- Four or five cards of the same suit (a flush or potential flush).
TURN (last decision):
Raise only if you have one of the following hands, and only if at least one of your pocket cards is used in creating that hand:
- A pair of 6s or higher.
- Two pair, three or four of a kind, or a full house.
- Four consecutive cards of the same suit (a potential straight flush).
- Five consecutive cards (a straight).
- Five cards of the same suit (a flush).
