Face Up Pai Gow is not a typical hidden-information game. You can see the dealer's full hand, so there is no actual strategy to beat the dealer's hand.

Use this approach every hand:

1. Set your 5-card high hand and 2-card low hand to beat both of the dealer's hands, if possible.
2. If you cannot beat both, set your hand to beat one dealer hand and lose one dealer hand for a push.

Note: If a hand ties the dealer's hand (known as a "copy" hand), the dealer's hand wins.
